Can Paranoia Be Cured

Is there a cure/ treatment for paranoia?
I am a fifteen year old boy and i am always paranoid (like someone could be out my garden, in my room etc) Can I get any help?

I used to suffer from paranoia. I was diagnosed with paranoia when I was 20 and my doctor put me on anti-psychotic medication. I used drugs and alcohol and I think it was this that caused my condition. The best thing you can do is to go to the doctor and tell him how you’ve been thinking.
