Cancer Paranoia
Paranoia is taking over my life!
Ok so i’m a teen and I have paranoia everyday. It is sort of slowing down, but i am always worried and stressed out. I also think I have ocd because I wash my hands thirty times a day and in the winter they crack because I wash them to much. I also have counting rituals, and have to slap the top of the ceiling when I leave a room. I think i also have hypocondria because when something is wrong with me I autimatically think its cancer or something really bad. Last year I had a fear that someone was trying to give me hiv/aids but im obviously not sexually active. Is it time to see a doctor? My half sister is a phscitrist but I hate her so badley so what do I do?
