Depression Paranoia Anxiety
Does puberty cause this?? anxiety and paranoia/ depression?
ok lately scinced i turned 15 on and off extreme episodes of anxiety and panic attacks… i worry about worrying i worry about death obbsesivly when i know theres a heaven and god…. its like the word death scares me. things that ussualy dont bother me bother me. i get racing thoughts and get mad at myself and become suiciddal at times… i dont know how to stop worrying??? could it be hormones? how to cure it??!!! not cope with it!!!?? to sum it up i just dont feel like myself. i think im going crazy. DO NOT SUGGEST DOCTORS I HATE THEM THEY DONT HELP??? and what pisses me off more is that i shouldnt be anxious/ depressed when i know i got a good life. please im so desperate to be my old happy self. and when i am focusing on the present the word death flies by in my mind and its like i start over… ruminating i should say? pllease help. im 15 been going on scince school year
It sounds like you’re suffering from depression. I was kind of suicidal when I was younger in my teenage years. What got me out of it was school and work. When I have something to focus on, my mind stopped wander around. My advice to you is find a hobby or sport to participate. Maybe it’s puberty, maybe it’s because you’re growing up and feeling pressured. The treatment is have a goal, or something to do, so your mind can stop wander around. You don’t have to see a doctor if you don’t like it. Hope that helps somewhat.
