Depression Symptoms Paranoia

depression symptoms paranoia
Paranoia and depression… parents won’t help, what do I do?

I’ve been extremely paranoid and it’s making people turn on me and I guess they think I’m a psycho now.
Also, I seem to be having several common symptoms of depression.

I told my parents and they just said “Shrug it off”, “you’re fine”, “just don’t worry”… etc.

I want to talk to a professional about all of this, but what are the costs? And I’m not entirely sure my parents will support it.

This is really starting to ruin my life… What should I do?

the best thing to do if you think there is a problem is see a friend.. If your still in school see a guidence counseler… they help more than you will ever know! Plus they can refer you to a psycologist psychiatrist… That needs to be ur first step!
