Different Types Paranoia
i have severe mental problems and feel very unstable?
i had lots of problems mentally since i was 12, and now i am 20. ive never been diagnosed by doctor, but from the symptoms i probably have at least some sort of depression and paranoia, possibly more, and more ON the way because i experience more and more and more negative changes every month every year, it aint gettin any better, definitely gettin worse and different types of symptoms of different illness keeps showing up every now and then
im getting to the point where i am very unstable and uncontrollable, moods and emotions just go different ways and changes in a matter of seconds. i feel like hell i dont know what to do like im 10 person in 1, a most of them are mad or angry and low self esteem and self destructive and paranoid and violent.. and then thers this one thats gentle and harmless, but 9 of them are really gonna take over me
what do i do now
As you said you haven’t been diagnosed by a doctor i am guessing you are not getting any help either? This is why you are getting worse. Go to your doctor who can send you to a psychiatrist who can assess you and diagnose you and then you can start to get help and satrt recovering. Good luck
