Don’t you think it is funny when some of the knucklescraper, neanderthal, mysoginist trolls on GWS presume …?
… to offer the ‘opinion’ that lesbians are lesbians because of *their visceral hate of men* quote one recent respondent – when in fact quite the opposite is true – many lesbians are indifferent of men.
Why do some heterosexual men misinterpret indifference as *hate*?
Is it some sort of paranoia or *lost teddy bear* syndrome?
GOOD POINT RIGHT:
You just totally contradicted yourself by presuming you know all lesbians hate men BUT not the ONE lesbian you have met

“many lesbians are indifferent of men.” — That has been my personal experience as well (and I have shared this experience with you Trevor)
The last time I tried asking out a lady who wasn’t clearly into men (I didn’t know until she told me that), she wasn’t “hateful” or “despicable”, she did come out with me for a couple of drinks, but at one point she did stop me and tell me that “she’d be in a better position to appreciate my attention if only she were to be into men”. She wasn’t derisive/patronizing at all.
Of course, no one’s denying that there are some lesbians who do hate the idea of the “need” for men in their lives, but turning it around and claiming that lesbians are lesbians because of their hatred of all things men is simplistic and lazy. Correlation, does not necessarily imply causation.
