Paranoia Agent Episode 13 English

I want to buy the DVD episodes of “Paranoia Agent “. I found them on amazon, but are they dubbed in english?
I can’t find anywhere where it says if they’re english dubbed or just have english subtitles. I know I’ve seen the show on [adult swim] in english, so I want to make sure these are in english. To get all 13 episodes, there are four DVD volumes. I want to make sure if they are in english or not before I buy them.
There is a Complete Collection at $99.98 that says it has subs. You can always try Ebay for a cheaper set.
