Paranoia Of Dying
How do I get rid of paranoia?
Everytime i hear somthing about the world like were gonna die of a meteor or some disease thats spreading I get paranoid
I’m scared of the world getting destroyed and I’ve been geting paranoid every summer then wen fall comes it goes
I don’t know why.
My parents keep asking me ‘Do you want to talk to doctor?”
I keep saying no!
I’ve been getting this kind of paranoia eversince i was 10

How your feeling could come from everyday stress and worry, being scared as you’re growing up is normal, but letting it get in the way of growing and experiencing life can hinder you as a person.
Getting help to continue on with life isn’t abnormal in fact the people around you are the ones who can help the most. Knowing how to deal with problems or stress will help with the fear, since the paranioia comes in the summer when school is out I would think that having structure and friends around you makes you feel secure and is important to you.
so you may need help building security in the summer this may come in the form of simply having something important to do everyday, something to think about and stay focused on
maybe a job, chores, or even the responsibility of a pet.
Even if this didn’t help in the slightest I hope you can understand you aren’t alone in being afraid, sometimes knowing that can give you strength.
