When i smoke weed how come my tongue makes circle motions and moves on its own when i have paranoia attacks?

I smoked yesterday and i still feel a little high and my tongue does that thing again every time i move it at least a little bit…

Maybe it was “wet”? This means…maybe it was laced with PCP?
