My sheeets MOVE when i sleep, PARANOIA or GHOSTS?
so when im sleeping, or just laying in bed my legs start like tingling then i feel my sheets press in on me then levatate. It’s scary. I think im paranoid im not some ghst freak okay? so its not like i blame everything on ghosts or anything but…
I taped myself sleeping, well i just layed down a few minutes ago and taped myself to see. I saw impresions being made after the covers had settled and when i was frozen still. I felt the tingling in my legs and i haven’t slept fully in 2 weeks. If i do sleep on my bed, it’s without covers.
Do i have restless leg syndrome?
Am i just paranoid?
Are these ghosts?
Like i really dont know what to do, and i’m really tired i just want to SLEEP! I’m a healthy 14 yr old by the way. Im not mental lol.
Well to start off, your thinking way too much when your trying to sleep.
When you lay there, try to blank out your mind, and then put yourself somewhere peaceful or just “pre-dream”. Don’t think about anything that would keep you awake or that would need your focus.
