Reverse Paranoia

Question about Oblivion for PS3!!!! (URGENT)-Shivering Isles Tract!!!?

I have been trying to complete the quests on the Shivering Isles and am currently trying to complete the “The Lady of Paranoia” quest and I am trying to eavesdrop on Ma’zaddha and Nelrene… but I can never get them to start talking!!!! Is there a good place to hide specifically or something I need to do???? I sent my assistant back to the Palace Grounds and have tried crouching behind the crates, but they still wouldn’t talk!!!!! ANY TIPS WOULD BE AWESOME!!!!

If they don’t seem to notice you and still don’t speak, you may have to activate a sequence by getting closer. The same thing happened to me in one of the regular quests. I just ended up saving, and walking in close. The game made me stop in my tracks and watch the conversation. I suspect a similar thing is happening here.
