STD’s do not show up on a blood test, neither does HIV (it detects antibodies).
If the doctor said you were okay, you obviously do not have HIV (unless he tested you recently). HIV takes 3 months to show up on a blood test after the initial experience.
I would make an appointment with your OBGYN or doctor yet again and ask to be specifically tested for all sexually transmitted diseases. Most STDs provide no symptoms, so get yourself checked out. Most are treatable.
I would try not to worry. I’m sure that you are fine. If not, most things are treatable. Good luck!
