Paranoia Voices

i am 15 and have been experiencing some things where i can hear lots of voices as if there was a crowd of people eg in a shopping centre although can not distinguish any of them , although this is quite infrequent. i have also been experiecing paranoia where i think that everyone is talking and laughing about me and tend to be very on edge and jumpy if i hear a noise and am constantly looking about and behind me. i was just wondering if you recognise any of these symptoms or if it is likly to just be something that will pass ?
