have i got paranoia, paranoid personality disorder?

hello , im 18 and my life is hell, i dernt go out much i sit on my pc all day/night. when i do go out i think everyone talks about me and thinks im ugly, talking about me ect. i dern’t get a job and im even starting to get scared to go to jobcentre to sign on for jobseekers allowence. i dernt go to doctors because i dont know what to say to him. any1 help ?
