Symptoms Anger Paranoia

Looking for a diagnosis to talk to my psychiatrist about…?
I’ve been dealing with hallucinations(hearing, seeing, and feeling), depression, mania, anxiety, anger, suicidal thoughts, feelings of worthlessness, paranoia, constant thoughts of fear (like myself dying, or someone close to me). Can anyone think of a diagnosis I could talk to my psychiatrist about? He’s been changing my diagnosis a lot, because my symptoms come and stay for a while, then go. Lately, like the past few months, they have been with me every day.
The symptoms that you describe cover many mental health conditions. Its not really you job to diagnose yourself, if your psychiatrist is doing his/her job right they should come to a conclusion soon enough. No matter how difficult it is, you need to be totally open and truthful with the psychiatrist so they have enough info to give a definite diagnosis.
