Why does MySpace have to endure bad reputation as a rapist’s heaven?
I am sick and tired of people telling me MySpace is dangerous and that I am going to sexually assaulted just because I have an account. I couldn’t stand to hear the paranoia.
I will say this one more time: social networking is safe as long as you know how to use it! If you remember to not give out too many details about your life, and don’t post slutty pics of yourself, you are using MySpace the way it was meant to be used. Responsibliility is key.

you are completely right, the people who get themselves into trouble are the people who get themselves out there and are asking for it. on the news and stuff you just hear about how the people were harmed, raped, or murdered, not about how they posted half naked pics, talked to unknown ppl and gave out info on where they live. normal people dont do that, most people are just there to be with friends and have another way to stay connected other than the telephone or postal mail. myspace will always be known for a dangerous site. why? cause there are stupid ppl out there. the sluts ruin it. sluts need to get a life, spend there time better. not uploading nasty pics where they’re making out with other girls or in virtually no clothes. i know this is completly rude but hey in my opinion people who get themselves into trouble desereve it, ppl only get what they deserve and need what ever it takes to get them into their right mind. whatever, i could go on but im not going to, all i have to say is im totally with you.
