what causes paranoia?
well mi used to do meth until it got to a point where i said thats it so i been sober but i hear voices outside my house lof serten ppl i know that they are planning to kill me
just ignore it and tell yourself its not real and eventually it will stop there is nobody standing outside plotting to kill you and if there was they certainly wouldn’t stand outside ur house and plot it
