Reverse Paranoia

Do you think a country can be diagnosed with a single personality quirk?

For example, China could be insomniac, USA could have attention deficit disorder, Zimbabwe could be suffering from acute paranoia syndrome, and Burma could be completely deluded.
What would your country be diagnosed with?

I’m from France so I would say that as a people we suffer from Delusions of Grandeur…..but we have so much fun doing so.
